V3 Progress Update
Time for a little update on the road to V3. Thanks to a couple of kind donations I've been able to devote a good amount of time to this over the last couple of weeks. Things were going really well, and i had got to a point where I was about to undertake some preliminary testing before considering packaging up for a beta. In the meantime Janne informed me he was working on an update so I decided to wait for this before proceeding.
It turns out there are a number of sizable changes including a fairly major config restructuring and quite a number of extra samples to record. None of these changes are utilized by the current generation of Luppis pacenotes but in order to maintain compatibility going forward it is my plan to delay the beta release until these latest changes are implemented.
Once I get stuck into the changes it shouldn't take more than a few days but unfortunately I've been out of action for a week with man-flu and now we are busy with xmas stuff so I won't have time to get this done until the new year.
Sorry for the minor delay folks but it will be worth the wait. In the meantime I'd like to say a massive thank you to my supporters and wish you all a Merry Xmas and New Year!
